Executive replacement: what you will actually get

If you drive an executive saloon or estate — 3 Series, A4, C-Class, XE — your replacement comes from the same premium band: an equivalent German-or-rival executive car, not a well-specced mainstream hatch. In the GTA convention this is prestige-group territory, P4–P6 (BMW 320/C200 through 330/E280 examples; GTA Technical rate tables, gtacredithire.com).

Which models count as like-for-like for an executive car?
Premium-badge compact executives of equivalent engine band and trim level: a 320i for a C200, an A4 40 TFSI for a 320i. Badge equivalence matters in this class — the market treats the German trio and their premium rivals as one band, and that is how fleets match them.
What will I not be given?
Not a mainstream medium hatch or saloon: a high-spec Golf or Octavia is not an executive-class match, however well equipped. M, AMG and RS cars are a different band again — performance derivatives sit in the GTA sports groups and are handled as sports-class matches.
